I’m an accredited counsellor who offers a gentle, holistic approach to counselling. My practice is grounded in compassion, safety, and respect for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Mindful Mind Counselling - support with anxiety, trauma, grief, health, issues, relationship challenges

I support people navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, health issues, and relationship challenges. My work is integrative and trauma‑informed, creating space for both reflection and nervous system regulation.

  • Gentle, supportive talk‑based counselling to help you process challenges, gain clarity, and feel grounded.

    Best for regular support, self-discovery, managing life stressors, and emotional clarity.

  • A longer session with an integrative approach that combines counselling with body‑based practices to support trauma healing and nervous system regulation. This session offers space for deeper reconnection with both mind and body.

    Best for deeper emotional processing, trauma release, and nervous system regulation.

Online and in‑person sessions available. Currently based in Gosnells until 30 November. From 13 October, sessions will be available north of the river (Perth). Online sessions remain open to all.
