Mindful Mind Counselling is a quiet, steady space to slow down and make room for what you’ve been carrying.

There’s no pressure to be “ready” or to explain everything at once. We move gently, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

We pay attention to what feels supportive, not overwhelming.

A steady option if you prefer to meet from home.

60‑minute sessions
A steady, supportive space for ongoing care.

90‑minute sessions
A slower, more spacious option for deeper exploration.

Both options use the same gentle, nervous‑system‑aware approach.

No referral required.

$150 — 60 minutes
$200 — 90 minutes
