Integrated counselling for those experiencing stress and overwhelm
In‑person sessions in Malaga on Thursdays, with online and enquiry‑only appointments available on Wednesdays and Fridays.
A calm, steady space to land
Many people come here because life has become a lot to hold. Stress builds, the body feels unsettled, or everything starts to feel a little too much.
Mindful Mind Counselling is a quiet, steady space to slow down and make room for what you’ve been carrying.
There’s no pressure to be “ready” or to explain everything at once. We move gently, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
How I work
My approach is warm, grounded and nervous‑system‑aware.
We pay attention to what feels supportive, not overwhelming.
Together, we work in ways that help you:
feel more settled and steady
understand emotional patterns with clarity
respond more calmly to stress
reconnect with a sense of inner stability
Sessions are collaborative.
You set the pace, and we follow what feels right for you.
