Standard Session (60 minutes) $120

Grounded & Accessible

A gentle, supportive space to talk through what’s on your mind. This focused hour offers talk-based processing, emotional regulation, and perspective-taking to support your capacity to meet life’s challenges.

These sessions can help you:

  • Ease feelings of anxiety and stress

  • Process grief and loss

  • Navigate trauma and life’s challenges

  • Explore health concerns and their emotional impact

  • Strengthen relationships and communication

Key Focus:

  • Building a foundation of trust and safety

  • Guidance for those new to counselling

Extended Session (90 minutes) $160

Spacious & Integrative

This extended session is designed for deeper integration. We draw on trauma-informed approaches and body-based practices to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and healing the impacts of trauma.

Key Focus:

  • Dedicated time for deeper mind-body integration and healing

  • Intentional inclusion of body-based practices to facilitate processing

  • Building felt inner safety and resilience after complex or past trauma

  • Engaging with challenging material at a spacious, unhurried pace

  • Supporting profound shifts in nervous system regulation and coherence

Best Suited For:

  • Clients seeking more advanced or complex trauma-informed work

  • Anyone who benefits from an extended, unhurried rhythm for self-exploration

How Sessions are Offered

I offer flexibility so you can access support wherever you are.

  • Online: Secure video sessions are available for anyone, anywhere in Australia.

  • In-person: Appointments are currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some Fridays. Please check the scheduling portal or contact me for current locations and availability.

Fees, Payments, & Cancellations

Flexible Payment Options

To make the process as easy as possible, I accept:

  • Online payment upon booking

  • Cash

  • EFTPOS and major credit cards

  • Bank transfer (details provided upon booking)

Payment is kindly requested at the time of our session, unless you’ve prepaid during online booking or I’ve made alternative arrangements with you.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for support.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in a charge of the full session fee.
