I offer individual counselling sessions in 60- or 90-minute options, available online Australia-wide or in person in Malaga, WA, so you can choose the format and pace that feels right for you.

What to expect when booking

  • No referral is needed

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details

  • New client information and consent forms are provided securely online

  • You’re welcome to start with a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to connect first

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Many people begin with a sense that something feels heavy or unsettled, and we take it from there together.
