I’m Jelica, a counsellor and holistic practitioner who believes healing begins with gentleness, safety, and the freedom to move at your own pace. My work is guided by trauma-informed principles of compassion, choice, and respect for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Holistic: I honour the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Somatic‑aware: Healing often lives in the body as much as in words, so I integrate practices that support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.

My Background
I bring both lived compassion and academic depth to my practice. My qualifications include:
Master’s in Counselling
Honours in Psychology
PhD in Public Health
This blend of knowledge and experience allows me to support clients with a wide range of needs—from everyday stress and anxiety to deeper trauma recovery.
