My background

I bring together lived compassion, academic depth and professional experience.

My qualifications include:

  • Master’s in Counselling

  • Honours in Psychology

  • PhD in Public Health

I also have more than a decade of experience working in complex systems, including child protection, policy and wellbeing‑focused roles.

This background allows me to support people navigating a wide range of experiences, from everyday stress and anxiety to the longer‑term impacts of trauma, health challenges and life transitions.
