No referral is needed.

Counselling session availability

Sessions are offered by appointment only, ensuring dedicated time and space for you.

Current availability:

  • Online sessions (Australia-wide)

  • In-person sessions on Thursdays in Malaga, with limited Wednesday and Friday appointments by enquiry

Mindful Mind Counselling is not a crisis service and cannot provide immediate or after-hours support.
