No referral is needed.
You can book counselling sessions directly through the schedule a session page.
If you’d like to connect first, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation.

Sessions are offered by appointment only, ensuring dedicated time and space for you.

Online sessions (Australia-wide)
In-person sessions on Thursdays in Malaga, with limited Wednesday and Friday appointments by enquiry
